Meet the experienced and friendly doctors and staff who make Vision Source Prescott a proud provider of vision care products and services in Prescott.


Dr. Jeff Bieter – Optometrist

Dr. Jeff grew up in Cottage Grove. After completing his training at the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN in 1994, he returned “home.” After practicing nearly 12 years at the Allina Medical Clinic, he decided to embark on a new journey and open his own practice in 2006.

Dr. Jeff is certified in diagnostic pharmaceutical agents, therapeutic pharmaceutical agents, and CPR. He is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Minnesota Optometric Association. His professional interests include ocular disease and injury, glaucoma, retina, and keratoconus.

His hobbies include woodworking, horses, cooking and spending time with his wife and 2 kids. Dr. Jeff is also enjoying having his own hobby farm where he raises grass-fed beef and has egg-laying hens.

Dr. Kristel Rogers is a native of Minnesota, growing up in Pipestone. She is a graduate of Concordia College, Moorhead where she studied Biology and Psychology. She has been in the Cottage Grove area since 2006 after graduating Magna Cum Laude from Pacific University College of Optometry in Forest Grove, Oregon. She brings with her experience from practicing in an ophthalmology clinic, Associated Eye Care, as well as prior private practice experience in New Richmond, WI.

Dr. Rogers is a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa Optometric Honor Society, the MN Optometric Association, and the American Optometric Association. She has been a Diplomat of the American Board of Optometry since 2012. She enjoys primary care optometry with an emphasis in ocular disease, contact lenses, surgical co-management, and dry eye.

Dr. Rogers spends most of her free time with her husband and two children. She also enjoys running, music, and participating in various church-related functions.


Dr. Radke

Dr. Brittany Radke – Optometrist

Dr. Brittany Radke was born and raised in Hastings, Minnesota. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Dr. Radke received her Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN while graduating summa cum laude. After practicing in Madison, WI for 5 years, Dr. Radke returned to the Twin Cities in March of 2018 and has practiced in the area since. 

Dr. Radke enjoys seeing patients of all ages and offering full comprehensive eye care — including fitting eyeglasses and contact lenses, ocular disease management and treatment, as well as surgical co-management. Dr. Radke is a member of the Minnesota Optometric Association, Wisconsin Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.  Dr. Radke looks forward to meeting you and providing you and your whole family with personalized eye care.

Dr. Radke is happy to be serving patients from communities where she grew up and currently resides. During her time off Dr. Radke maintains a busy family life raising her three kids and spoiled golden retriever with her husband. Dr. Radke enjoys biking, running, swimming and soccer.  She spends her remaining free time cheering on the Wisconsin Badgers.
